We want your experience at Mattress Xpress to be exceptional. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange your mattress for one of equal or lesser value within a 14 day trial period for a $99 exchange fee plus any delivery charge, if applies.

If the replacement mattress is of greater value, you would pay the difference, the exchange fee and any delivery charge.

We accept exchanges but no refunds are given.  Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied as a store credit for purchase of another item in the store.

Note: Any mattress purchased that is damaged, soiled, or stained can’t be returned.
